Return Policy
Eggy will accept items purchased on our website for return or exchange within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:
- There are no visible signs of damage
- All original packaging is intact
- Any signs of damage will void the Eggy warranty
Items cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days from the purchase date.
To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

Damaged Items

If you do not report the damage within 48 hours, we may not be able to honour your claim. We use timestamp data from the tracking link and the carrier’s delivery confirmation when reviewing damage claims or return requests.
