Shipping Process

We require an average of 5 to 11 business days to process your order and transport it to our carrier's sorting facility. Some items may take longer, especially during major holidays or if your order includes popular items with stock availability issues.

Once your order begins processing in our shipping department, we will be unable to make any changes (including address changes). We will only ship to the address provided at checkout.

We ship only on business days and do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to the varying locations of our manufacturing partners.

Tracking

All orders are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has been dispatched to the carrier's sorting facility.

For some carriers, it may take several days for the tracking information to update in their system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us.

Deliveries

Shipping times vary depending on the country or region. Specific delivery dates are not provided or guaranteed. These are our estimates for your reference:

While we do everything possible to ensure that your order is delivered on time, Eggy cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as postal or customs clearance procedures, holidays, severe weather, labour disputes, protests, etc., which may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Fees, Taxes, and Other Charges

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs clearance fees, which are charged when a shipment reaches the destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Eggy has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If a shipment is refused and returned, you will be responsible for any import duties and return shipping costs incurred.

Customs policies vary greatly by country. If you have questions, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Parcels

Eggy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels. If your tracking information indicates that your parcel has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report and/or file a claim with your respective carrier.

Note: We rely on the timestamp information from the tracking link and the carrier’s delivery confirmation when assessing damage or return requests and may not be able to honour your claim if it is not reported.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery address entered is correct before submitting an order. We start processing your order immediately, so we cannot make changes once the order has been placed. If the order has already been processed by our shipping department, we cannot retrieve it for an address change.
